Here is what a fan of Hop had to say about the movie: “I have to admit I was dreading seeing this movie. My husband promised my sons, 5 and 8 he’d take them to see it. I read the reviews and tried to convince the “boys” to do something else. The reviews were AWFUL. We sat through Rango a few weeks okay. It was okay. I didn’t particularly like the Alvin movies, but they were bearable. Well, this movie blew Rango and Alvin out of the water. My five year old who asks, “Is it almost over,” five minutes into every movie didn’t ask me one time. It was very entertaining, and the audience (mostly kids) seemed to love it. The scene where Fred uses E.B. as a hand puppet is hilarious. Best kids movie I’ve seen with my kids…EVER!”
